R2D2 Lab
We adopt a project-based teaching approach with structured hands-on activities in robotics, computer science, and engineering. We want to inspire children’s curiosity and passion for STEM and nurture them to get that extra edge in today’s rapidly changing landscape.

Our founder
Dr. Lin Song has extensive experience in research and development in multi-disciplinary projects over his 14 years career. He has worked on projects like electric vehicles, edible capsule robots, mobile robots, intelligent actuators and much much more! As an inventor of 10 patents and author of 13 scientific papers, he was awarded the prestigious Singapore National Technology Award in 2006.
More encouragingly, most of his patents were purchased by an MNC company later on and the technologies he developed have been licensed to many SMC and MNC companies. One recent R&D results from the team led by him even facilitated a new business category for the company.
